Mother’s Day – A Reflection
Mother’s Day is a big day at Capannari Ice Cream. Jim Capannari (our ice cream artisan chef) is the youngest of 13, Meg and I are from a family of 10 kids, and Ken is one of a mere 4. Our matriarchal influence is huge – our Moms give us good advice every day on the company and they are our biggest fans and cheerleaders. That’s why we make sure Capannari Ice Cream celebrates Moms!
Join us for our annual Mother’s Day Flower Cone promotion all day on Sunday, May 8th. It’s a simple gesture for Moms who give, day in and day out, making sure everyone else is on their game. So Moms, come in for a free flower cone – a pretty petunia planted in an ice cream cone. Enjoy it for the day then plant it, cone and all.
